Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible. Therefore if you have purchased more than 1 item, you may receive your purchases at different times.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
To track your order, please use the tracking ID sent to you in the confirmation email your items have been shipped out. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.

However , if there is a problem with the product you received , we do accept Return & Exchange.
Returnable/Exchangable on the below occasion:-

- Stain which cant be remove.
- Obvious & Terrible damage.
- Quality & Design problem.
- Wrong Item & Wrong Color.
For any reason should you wish to return your item(s), you have 7 days upon receiving the item(s) to return your order. Please contact us to initiate the return.
Please ensure that the Return Slip is included in the parcel, and that the item(s) have not been worn and are in their original packaging.
Please ensure to package the goods well to prevent damage. We strongly recommend that you use a reliable courier service with parcel tracking services.
- FNGSEVEN strictly dont accept SIZE EXCHANGE.
Minor Defects :-
- Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button, pocket, or tag)
- Transparent slightly or bad odor.
- Size measurement differs about 1-3cm.
- Accidental scissors cut while opening your parcel. ( Please becareful while you open your parcel )
- All kinds of minor defects which can be corrected easily.

- We only accept Exchange/Return goods in 7 days.
